MEAT CULT

МЯСНОЙ КУЛЬТ

About

Voronezh farms have long been known for the quality of their meat. No wonder that many restaurants in Moscow and St Petersburg buy their meat here. The first so-called meat boutique Zarechnoye opened in a newly renovated building of the Central Market in summer 2015. A year later they've launched their first street restaurant Meat Cult on a square in front of the market. The owners insist that this is not a food truck or a kiosk but a restaurant because of the food presentation and the service that they provide. Currently there're 8 types of burgers, 2 types of steaks, salads, chips, and local craft beer on the menu. The burgers are definitely the best in Voronezh and possibly among the best in Russia.
