Izborsk Museum

All four museums of Izborsk are located in the restored merchant houses along the main Pechorskaya St. The short stretch of the street with historical cobblestone pavement and old wooden houses gives you a glimpse of what the 19th-century Izborsk may looked like. If you wish to get an English audioguide (there're no signboards in English in the museums) it is best to start from the museum at Anisimov house (if you walk from the motorway along the Pechorskaya St. it is the last along the row of museums to the left side of the street).

You can also buy a combined ticket to all the exhibitions (note that ticket office is only valid on the day of purchase so make sure you have at least 2h to visit all the museums): General 150₽/ Student 80₽/ Children 50₽/ Family ticket (2 adults+children 230₽)
